2 lbs Chicken Parts skinned any kind you choose
2 small bottles of Fat Free French Salad Dressing
1 Jar of Low Calorie Pineapple Preserves
1 Jar of Low Calorie Peach or Apricot Preserves
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In an large bowl mix the dressing and jelly together
Place chicken in a baking dish (I prefer the aluminum throw away kind myself)
Pour the mixture over chicken and cook for approximately 1 hour 20 minutes.
Serving size: 1 piece of chicken, 1 TB sauce
Points per serving: Add 1 point to the points for the chicken piece you have chosen.
